Paper is heated, fluted (A, B, C, E), and laminated into 3-ply, 5-ply, or 7-ply sheets.

Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom printed corrugated cartons is 500 units per size. For plain standard stock shipping boxes, smaller test order quantities are available.

Can you provide physical sample boxes before full production?

Yes! Our structural CAD engineering team can produce an unprinted or flexo-printed physical prototype box within 24 to 48 hours for fitment and burst strength testing.

Do you offer waterproof or wax-coated cartons for agricultural exports?

Absolutely. We manufacture specialized wax-coated and moisture-resistant 5-ply corrugated cartons with vent punched holes designed for cold-chain fruit (mango, citrus, apple) export cargo.

What is your typical manufacturing lead time?

Standard production run turnarounds range from 3 to 5 business days after artwork approval. Urgent batch dispatches can be scheduled based on factory slot availability.
